I believe good design should leave people better than it found them.  My process runs end-to-end: hypotheses → insights → production.

After RISD’s Industrial design, I developed UX and Service playbook for CVS Health Retail Experience. Most recently, I took my study further at Kellogg School of Management for a dual degree MBA program, where I was the co-president for Innovation and Design Association, leading the biggest MBA level design challenge.
